We ship locally and internationally via Australia Post.  Please allow approx 2 – 5 working days for your order to be ready for shipment.  We will contact you if the item you have requested needs to be made to order (in which case could take up to 7 – 10 working days).

Express post takes 2 working days for delivery to NSW, ACT, QLD & SA  and up to 3 working days for WA, NT & TAS. Regular Post takes from 3 – 4 working days to NSW, ACT, QLD & SA and from 5 – 7 working days to WA, NT & TAS.

International Orders please allow up to 2 – 3 weeks for delivery.

Raggidy Rag Dolls understands the difficulty in inspecting a product when buying over the Internet. As we would like you to feel confident purchasing with us we are prepared to accept returns under the following circumstances.

In the event that the product does not meet your expectations it must be returned, unused within 14 days of receiving the goods. Postage and handling in this situation is non refundable, however you will receive a full refund of purchase price.
In the event that you have been the recipient of an unsuitable gift you may receive an exchange certificate valid for 6 months. In this case the item must be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will need to pay the postage and handling costs involved in returning the product.
In the unforeseen event that you receive your goods in a faulty or damaged condition the faulty goods may be returned with a replacement arranged at no extra cost or a full refund accepted including postage and handling.

Change or Cancellation of Orders

As we process your orders immediately for prompt delivery, we regret that cancellation or change to your order may not be possible unless we receive your request by phone or email within 24 hours placing your original order. No cancellation or change of orders will be accepted once your order has been dispatched.

Out of Stock Items

Raggidy Rag Dolls will contact you immediately in the unforeseen event that you have purchased an item that is out of stock or unavailable.
We will discuss with you your options for choosing an alternative item or where possible putting an order in for the original item. If you choose to put in an order for the original item we will give you an estimated time for filling the order.
If neither of these options suit, Raggidy Rag Dolls will also allow you to cancel your order with a full refund given.

All prices include GST and are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices do not include delivery – delivery charges will be applied accordingly.
